Below is a list of the school requirements and age limits for the position of Yantrik or Navik in the ICG Recruitment 2023.
Educational Qualification
- Navik (GD): A person must have passed the intermediate test from a recognized board with a PCM stream.
- Navik (DB): You must have passed the matriculation exam from a school that is recognized.
- Yantrik: SSC + 3 or 4 years Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering OR Intermediate + 2 or 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering.
Age Limit
Navik (GD/DB) & Yantrik: A person must be between 18 and 22 years old, which means they were born between May 1, 2002 and April 30, 2006.
Indian Coast Guard Application Fee 2023
To register online for the position of Yantrik or Navik (General Duty/Domestic Branch) in the Indian Coast Guard, a person must pay 250 by Debit or Credit Card. Aspirins are not required to pay the application fee because they belong to a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe.
