4. Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India

5. A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Educational Qualification 1. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.

2. Candidates applying for a post in a particular recruiting Office should be proficient in the language (i.e., know how to read, write, speak, and understand the language) of the state/any of the states falling under the recruiting Office.
